A second account often seems to be useful. By using the ICQ UIN Regger you are able to register a new account very fast and uncomplicated. You just have to confirm the random generated captcha code. The password also is generated randomly by default, but can be changed in the tool's options.
We have to note that the registered accounts are unsearchable / invisible, that means they cannot be found in search. By entering user details or a primary e-mail they will appear in search.

Info: Due to the IP limit it is not possible to register more than one account every 5 minutes or two accounts (directly one after another) every 10 minutes with same IP.
